Registration Forms
The following forms are required to be filled out and returned to the Preschool with the Registration Fee to guarantee your child’s enrollment for the 2025 – 2026 school year. Your child will not be considered “Enrolled” until the Registration Form has been completely filled out, signed, and returned with the Registration Fee Payment.
